About Spuma: Noun

Spuma is a soft drink made with carbonated water, sugar and various
spices, a generic term, from the days when there were many local
producers of soft drinks, so the name of the individual brands was
less important than now.

In English is equivalent to "soda", which is also suitable to refer to
any soft drink "with bubbles" regardless of manufacturer.
